Super Sunday

Now that I'm on Christmas Break I am at a loss for words.  I know my blog is mostly about school, but I didn't realize until the last few days how when I have a few weeks off I have no idea what to write.  I never realized it, but I think most of my funny stories come from my kids.  Of course, you probably realized that by now didn't you?

Before I forget, at the beginning of December when we did Farley's Currently there was a question about random acts of kindness.  Well, I said then that I wanted to leave a really good tip.  One of my favorite families in the world does that every year at Christmas.  They go to Waffle House and they surprise a waitress with a HUGE tip.  I thought it was a cool idea and got my husband on board with me, so we ended up doing our tip yesterday.  Next year, I think I'm going to make it a little more creative by making a card, an ornament, or something like that.  I have to say, we both enjoyed getting to do it.  The only thing we both wish is that we could have seen her face when she saw her surprise!

Since I have very little to say (At least today), I'm going to share a few of my favorite more recent Pinterest pics and links to where you can get the items.
The first picture is a crayon sharpener.  It removes the paper as it sharpens and it comes with a special brush to remove the wax build up and an extra blade.  I don't own it, but hopefully I will one day :) CLICK HERE to get it.

The second picture is a repositionable glue stick.  I can't wait to get my hands on some of these.  You can use them to create your own Post-it notes.  CLICK HERE to get some of these.

The third picture is of a cute notepad available on ETSY.  It costs a little more than I usually spend, but if you know me, I LOVE notepads.  I have an entire drawer of them and most of them have my name or initials.  Some people collect angels, some books, but I collect pens and notepads :)  CLICK HERE to order a notepad like the one above.

Hopefully, by Thursday/Friday I will have my clip art reorganized, files reorganized, and a couple of new creations.

Have a Merry Christmas!
