Five for Friday Fun and Freebies

Wow!  Where do I start?  Okay, so I have to tell you, if your refresh button has quit working, then hate me.  It is most definitely my fault!  I hit the refresh button on several sites at least 1000 times each today.  Fridays have so many linky parties for freebies, sales, etc. that I couldn't stand it.  I woke up at 4:30 and waited and waited and waited some more.  I know it's goofy, but I've been dying to be in a top slot on at least one linky party.  Well, I finally did it!  I will give you one hint - I landed the number one spot on one of the things listed in my Five for Friday :)  Yay!

Not to mention today was like a Super Friday because not only did I have my typical link ups, TPT is throwing a sale on Sunday and today was February 1.  In blogger world, you guys know what the first day of the month means - extra link ups thanks to Farley's Currently and Lisa Matte's Shout Out Linky Party.

Anyway, since there are SOOOO many awesome options out there, I am combining them all under my Five for Friday.  They aren't so random, but they are definitely fun.  To check out some amazing blogs, click on the Five for Friday picture.  It will take you to the main page where everyone is linked up.

Now, here's a copy of my Five for Friday list.
#1 - PF Changs
I haven't been in MONTHS.  I don't know if you guys have ever been, but they have these amazing chicken lettuce wraps and the best Mongolian beef that I've ever eaten.  I hate to admit this, but I got the opportunity to go today and I made sure that I got enough food that I would have leftovers for tomorrow.  I even ordered extra lettuce wraps!  Yum!

#2 - Oh' Boy Fourth Grade
This is Farley's Currently link up.  Love her for doing this every month.  It has become one of my favorite things about blogging.  I know I don't "know" most of these people on a personal level, but the Currently makes me feel like I do.  Below is the Currently for this month.  Feel free to click on my Currently to go to Farley's blog.  Don't forget, if you take part you have to follow her Rule of Three.

#3 - Lincoln & Washington Activity Packet

Repeat after me - "Faith WILL finish this packet tomorrow!"  Goodness!  I know I can knock it out fast, but lately I seem to be so ADD about stuff (I'm not ADD - promise!).  I get completely side-tracked when it comes to making bigger packets.  Here's an example of my completely side-tracked self.  Click on the pictures to get the worksheets!  Hope you enjoy and I WILL finish the Lincoln and Washington packet tomorrow.

#4 - Super Sunday Sale
TPT is having a HUGE sale on Sunday thanks to the end of the NFL season.  So, load your cart up this weekend, so you are ready to checkout Sunday.  Oh, and there are a lot of us continuing our sale into Monday.  You won't still get the TPT percentage off, but you will still get 10% to 20% off.  Isn't this artwork adorable?  If you need clip art checkout Ashley Hughes.  If you want some of my creations, click on the Super Sunday Sale picture and it will take you to my store.

#5 Freebie Friday
Every week, I link up to Freebie Friday over at Teacher Blog Addict.  Tons of teachers, like me, link their freebies up, so this is a definite thing you will want to check out.  Most of the time, I find several items for whatever holiday we may be covering or even skill I may be teaching.  Click on the picture to go check out all of the freebies.

Alright, wow!  I am at the end.  This might be the fastest I've ever typed.  Check back tomorrow for my link up to Lisa Matte's Shout Out Linky Party.

Have a Fantabulous Friday night!

Not having plans tomorrow sound fabulous... maybe you can sneak out to Chic-fil-A and grab a quick sandwich! Also, I have that black mark on the floor thing too!

  4. The black marks on my floor used to drive me crazy... and now I have carpet spots to worry about. I mean, where do they come from?? :)

    1. Ha! Ha! I have to say, we used to have carpet and I definitely prefer the tile over the carpet. At least the tile is easier to clean (99.9% of the time). I have one kid that takes his boots off when he walks in the door because his shoes make HUGE marks.

    1. LOL... I may be a little too connected sometimes. I woke up around midnight and realized I fell asleep while commenting to people that had done a Currently for Farley. So, I wouldn't be surprised if I left some random letters and numbers on someone's blog without realizing it. Glad you liked my blog :)
